Greetings Gothic Adventurers!

This campaign came about from Chris and I talking about how fun it would be to run a campaign based on all the gothic/horror themes we love and enjoy in literature and film.

I mentioned to Chris that in the “old days” I had played a very well written adventure called Ravenloft.

He commented that he would like to play Pathfinder in that type of setting.

As I started looking in to potentially converting the Ravenloft module from the old AD&D rules to the Pathfinder RPG rules I came across an actual Pathfinder series of modules – The Carrion Crown.

This is the series we will be playing. A set of 6 separated gaming modules that will take your characters from 1st to 15th level.

This adventure path follows traditional horror fodder of poltergiests, ghosts, Hauntings, torch carrying lynch mobs, werewolves, Jack the ripper, the hunchback, mad scientists,Dr. Jekyll and Mr Hyde, gypsies (Sczarni), Tarot (harrow) deck, Frankenstein, vampires, CTHULU, all set in a Transylvanian type pathfinder setting of the country of Ustalav.

It is well written and should be a lot of fun.
